How do I get custom artwork for my project? Our art department can handle your custom artwork from start to finish. Call 636-887-3040 and speak with a customer service representative. They will give you all the details on custom artwork and connect you with our art department. See our Design Center for more information on all the art and design services we offer.

What is vector art? There are two different kinds of graphics files used by computers, “bitmap” art, and “vector” art. Bitmap art includes almost every file type there is: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG or .JPEG, .PCX — and the list goes on! Vector file formats include .EPS and the files created and manipulated by professional drawing software products such, Adobe Illustrator®, and Corel Draw®.

What is “camera-ready” art? In the past, this meant any drawing, photo, illustration or lettering suitable for photographic reproduction. It now means artwork (generally vector-based) that is ready for imprint without modification.

What type of file should I send? You need to send a vector compatible art file (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). Please call 636-887-3040 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. Unsupported art file formats: QuarkXpress, PageMaker, and Freehand.

What is the charge for art services? MarkIt Promotions will be happy to provide you with a quote for art services. Every project is different and art itself varies from basic to complex. We’ll take a look at your art and provide you with a custom quote for services. Standard art services rate is $65/hour.

How long does it take for artwork design? We strive to complete your artwork design as fast as possible to keep your project on track and on deadline. Please call us and we’ll get your artwork design on the fast-track!

Can MarkIt Promotions design a logo for me? Yes! We have a full service art department that can design a high quality logo or art work to make you look like a star.

How to do I submit artwork for my project?
Send your vector compatible art file to art@makritpromos.com. For files that are 2MB or larger, use file transfer system such as YouSendIt.

Ordering

Is there a discount for large quantities? Yes! The higher the quantity ordered the lower the price per piece will be.

Is there a minimum order size? Promotional Products – Minimum order sizes vary based on the product ordered. Minimum quantity order is considered to be the first quantity listed in product price breakdown.
Embroidery & Screen Printing – We have a 12 piece minimum with all embroidery and screen print orders.

I saw a product that I like on another website; can I get it from MarkIt Promotions? Most definitely. We can get over a million different promotional products. We offer so many; they won’t all fit on our web site! So, if you have seen a product on another site, just ask! We’ll get it for you!

I placed an online order, now what? MarkIt Promotions will be in contact with you, usually within one hour during our normal business hours, to guide you through the next steps and to answer any questions you may have.

What forms of payment does MarkIt Promotions accept? We accept all major credit cards including: American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover via our MarkIt Promotions PayPal account.

When can I expect delivery of my order? Standard production time varies on products/services being ordered. Typical production time runs 10-15 business days which begins upon approval of artwork. Shipment delivery of your order also varies based on the product ordered. MarkIt Promotions strives to utilize suppliers providing hiqh quality products that are also local to our customer. Therefore, offering timely delivery and lower shipping costs.
